Ensure employees have a positive and rewarding experience with the campaign by thanking them in a timely fashion both during and after the campaign. Consider having those in leadership roles, like department chairs or mid-level managers send simple, thoughtful emails or chats — always making sure to use forms of communication you already use every day to communicate work priorities.
