2021 was the 50th anniversary of the Alisa Ann Ruch Burn Foundation which works to enhance the quality of life of burn survivors and promote burn prevention education throughout California. AARBF works with local hospitals, fire departments, safety coalitions and other organizations across California to develop innovative programs and services to serve this community, we call “family” statewide.

Program Highlights

"I attended my first AARBF event, Champ Camp, five years ago, where I realized that I would always like to be a part of the foundation. The Alisa Ann Burn Foundation was something that I needed before I realized it, which is why I joined the Young Adult Council in the hopes that I could contribute to the foundation and help other burn survivors."
