Nonprofit Impact Spotlights

While the CHC Giving Day #ForHealthEquity campaign culminates on March 11, 2022, efforts to close the health gaps and inequities in our communities continues all year-round. CHC: Creating Healthier Communities works with thousands of community-based nonprofits, healthcare providers and businesses to advance efforts to lift health inequalities by addressing the social, economic, and environmental barriers to good health, that disproportionately impact under-resourced communities and communities of color.

As you mobilize your employees and networks to give #ForHealthEquity, consider sharing some of these stories to help raise awareness and spotlight the incredible work CHC is advancing, with out partners, to ensure everyone has an opportunity at a healthy life.
